The complex is made up of 6 open blocks located in the north of Madrid, in a high-end residential area. It consists of 70 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms suitable for different types of family units.

The urbanization has large garden areas, porches, swimming pool and sports courts. The garage is common, distributed in 3 basements. The buildings have an updated image of the traditional Madrid brick facades and gazebos.

The work was awarded by the Madrid City Council at the XII Urban Planning, Architecture and Public Works Awards 1997.
