VegaSport Club. phase 1

Arroyo de la Encomienda, Valladolid

Project date: July 2006
Work: September 2012
Builded surface: 2.200 m2

The project consists of a global intervention in “Vega Sport”, a sports club which has been destined mainly to racket sports, for 10 years. The works carried out are renovations of the facilities that look for a change of image and improvementes in the quality of the service.

The most significant construction is a new sports hall for eight indoor padel courts, which extends the possibilities of game in any time of the year, avoiding the intense summer heat or the rain and wind in winter, making it possible the organising of tournaments and events.

The pavilion is an industrialized construction with a high enough structure designed to fit the path of the ball. Also small reforms have been made in the existing buildings, to modernize the existing facilities as the reception, the dressing rooms, signposting or the swimming pool.
