Buildings for healthcare in Peru must be adapted to the new seismic standard from 2006. This circumstance makes possible the intervention in existing buildings, that must be adapted to meet the new requirements.

On the other hand, Peru is currently a growing country, and its citizens are demanding more and better quality in their health services.

We are taking part in the development of healthcare centers and hospitals, as the “Clinic of Medical Specialties” in Lima. The structure of the building is being reinforcing against earthquake, and the same time, it being extending improve its facilities in a comprehensive solution to adapt to new healthcare demands, new technologies and change its image.

The Clinic will be equipped with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, an inpatient unit with 22 rooms, outpatient services, Emergency Department and diagnostic area with MRI, RX and ultrasound.
