A new proposal for semi-detached housing with two types and 6 different programs carefully designed to offer the best home for each one of the family.

Located in a privileged location in the quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Valdemarín, Aravaca district, a few minutes from the center of Madrid.

The houses respond to the same spatial, functional and identity concepts, according to the different orientations, with a 330 m2 program with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room-living room and a garage on 550 m2 plots with a garden and private pool.

Type A homes have a horizontal configuration, most of the program is developed on the ground floor, turning all the rooms towards their garden, taking advantage of their South orientation. A gradation is established that goes from the most public uses, in the area of ​​access to the plot, to the most private ones, as we enter the garden. On the upper floor, the volume is reduced creating an intimate space with a private terrace overlooking the mountains.

North-facing type B homes are more compact, distributed over two or three floors, to optimize their sunlight and their point of view towards Monte de El Pardo. On the lower floor are the common living spaces: fully glazed kitchen-dining room and living room open to the garden. As we ascend, the privacy of the rooms increases: bedrooms, living rooms and terraces in continuity with them.
Combining systems and materials such as terracotta, stone, wood and vegetation, we build unique homes complying with criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency and technology.
